As someone who has only been playing the doctor since he got first released, I have noticed that on the overwhelming majority of my games I am entirely unable to defend my totems since the recent changes to the perk, which would be fine if the totems would stay up for at least quite a long while, but even that's not the case.Thrill of the hunt shouldn't be a hex perk. The whole idea of them is that it makes the killer really strong and forces the survivors to break the totem. But thrill of the hunt just helps you get more hunting points.
